Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the agreed fee is due to confirm the appointment.

The remaining balance is to be paid at the latest 7 days before the shoot.

Rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the shoot.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days of the appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Failure to attend on the day of the shoot is treated as a short-notice cancellation.

The client and all participants commit to respectful conduct, active cooperation, and following the creative guidance provided during the session.

Kahla Studio reserves the right to pause or end the session in cases of:

disruptive or disrespectful behaviour,
unsafe conditions,
lack of cooperation,
repeated refusal to follow direction.

In such situations, refunds or delivery of final images remain at the discretion of Kahla Studio.

A late arrival by the client results in a correspondingly shortened shoot time.

An extension of the appointment cannot be guaranteed.

In cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseeable circumstances affecting either the client or Kahla Studio, a replacement appointment will be arranged whenever possible.

There is no claim to compensation for circumstances outside of reasonable control.

Clients receive a private proofing gallery and may select their favourite images according to their chosen collection.
Additional images may be purchased separately.
All editing is carried out in the brand's natural, elegant, and artistic style.
Basic editing is included and covers:
- colour correction
- exposure adjustments
- natural skin retouching
- temporary blemish removal
- minor distractions

Extensive retouching such as body reshaping, feature alterations, object removal or background replacement is not included and may incur additional fees.
The Photographer's editing style is final. Additional revision requests beyond the included editing are subject to extra charges.

Additional retouching requests outside the Kahla Studio style may be declined.

The release of RAW files or unedited images is excluded.

The final images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery.

Delivery time is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on current workload.


The number of final edited images depends on the selected session or package.

The client receives personal usage rights for private, non-commercial use only.

Commercial use, resale, editing, filters, screenshots, AI modification, or publication for business purposes require prior written permission from Kahla Studio.

Publication of the images by Kahla Studio — including website, social media, portfolio, exhibitions, or promotional materials — takes place only after prior consent from the client.

Respect for client privacy is a core part of the Kahla Studio experience.

Kahla Studio carefully stores and backs up delivered images up to 1 month.

However, liability for unforeseeable technical issues, third-party outages, or data corruption outside reasonable control is excluded.

Clients are encouraged to download and safely store their final galleries after delivery.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability of Kahla Studio is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Liability for indirect damages, technical failures, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control is excluded.

Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes as close as possible to the original economic intention.
